Interventions, designed and planned through thorough organizational consultation. All parties involved must first agree and show commitment to the proposed process, before any interventions are run. Interventions are often facilitated processes, ensuring maximum participation and buy-in to the process and results. Thorough follow-up and feedback processes are also implemented.
